This product has the most extensive number of uses, including its use as an anointing oil for religious services, sacred rites, healing services. However, this oil is an excellent skin treatment for challenging issues. Finally, we have customers use this oil as the base oil for personalized perfumes.

The scent of this oil has a sweetness, which is both clean, earthy, and hauntingly fragrant. Everything in our studio will carry this scent for weeks and weeks after processing this oil. Some customers have told us that they find this one oil very intense. We passionately love our Balm of Gilead Oil, and others must love it too. We only use fresh buds from an experienced wild-crafter who obtains these buds from a remote area in the Great Northwest. Our buds are never dried, frozen, or dehydrated and come to us fresh they day harvested. These are the buds of balsam poplar trees which secrete a powerfully aromatic and healing resin. We begin each year with the freshest crop of buds from the most remote area in America and a place free from pesticides, herbicides, and pollution to provide our most excellent wild-crafted buds. 

These young buds of balsam poplar trees secrete a powerfully aromatic and healing resin high in salicylic acid, the active ingredient in aspirin. Balm of Gilead Oil is useful for massage, skincare, bath oil, and aromatherapy.

All ingredients used in the creation of this product were sourced with great care and are either wild-crafted or grown under the supervision of a certified organic farmer. This statement means that we purchase items grown without the use of GMO seeds, pesticides, herbicides, or other poisonous chemicals, and that is the definition we use to determine quality.
